Bible
The Bible is treated as an academic subject and is taught at every grade-level. Students are instructed in the basic concepts of Christian belief and conduct, without denominational slant. Our student body consists of children of all denominations. Please review our Statement of Faith for an understanding of our Biblical beliefs. Bible instruction is not limited to a given time period. Bible truths are integrated with other subjects and conduct throughout the day. Equally important is the example of Christ by the entire faculty and staff as they work with the students.
Chapel
All students attend chapel on a weekly basis. During Chapel the students are led in prayer, song, and worship. They also hear Bible stories and guest speakers.
Parents are invited to attend Chapel at any time.
Prayer
Each day, teachers lead their classroom in prayer and students often have an opportunity to give prayer requests. Scripture memorization and application are also daily topics of discussion.
Morning Salutes
Each morning, students stand in their classrooms for the pledges to the American flag and to the Christian flag. We also teach our students the “Pledge to Honor the Bible.”
Physical Education
Our physical education program concentrates on the development of each students maximal physical potential and their related social, emotional, and intellectual growth. Through our carefully planned instruction and constant evaluation, students learn a variety of skills and information that will contribute to their health and well-being by providing them with the tools and knowledge to be good stewards of their physical bodies.
Art Masters
Art Masters is a study in visual arts designed to compliment what the students are being taught in language arts and social studies. The program integrates history, criticism, and aesthetics with studio art projects. Developed by the original creators of the "Meet the Master", this art program meets all the California State education framework requirements and national standards for arts education that include art as a core subject.
Music Education
Students are introduced to a broad range of musical experiences in an interesting and enjoyable format. This program was designed to equip students with musical skills appropriate to their age level, and instill in them an interest and appreciation for music. Music theory and composition are taught at each grade level, beginning in Kindergarten, using the "God Made Music" curriculum.

Our school is pleased to provide Internet access to students for the purpose of research and increased learning opportunities. Missions Month
Each year, students spend a month learning about missionary work! Students will hear from various guest missionaries to hear about their experiences on the missionary field. Each classroom selects a country to focus on. At the end of the month, students apply what they have learned through some type of classroom Service Project.
Service Projects
Service Projects teach students how to put faith into action. Students will participate in a variety of community service projects throughout the year in response to specific lessons learned in the classroom. These acts of service often have a tremendous positive impact on our students, as well as the community!

Students who participate in the Challenge Program remain in the regular classroom and are given supplemental materials designed to challenge and stimulate their learning. There is no additional fee for participation in this program.
Tutoring
If a student falls behind in math or reading, teachers are often available after school to tutor students not in their own class. Parents should make appointments and financial arrangements through the school office if they feel their child would benefit from tutoring.
Success Program
The Success Program provides academic support for students who are struggling with grade-level curriculum. The program offers early intervention, tutoring, and on-going student support - all during class hours.
